Order Your Sleep Test
This testing company is awesome for our patients!
You never have to leave your home to get the test and the written interpretation by a board certified sleep neurologist.
After taking this Home Sleep Test (HST) , the sleep neurologist doctor will prepare an in depth 10+ page report that we can use to determine exactly what is going on during your sleep.
NOTE: They can bill your insurance company for the test, but there is usually some type of patient copay. If they ask for more than $300 from you even when using your insurance – do not use insurance.
Ask for the cash pay amount and pay them – it is usually around $285.
Just scan the QR code off of you desktop or laptop with your cell phone and it will take you to the patient portal. Keep this email in case you need to scan it again.
We will get the reports and documents in pdf files to save to your medical file.

This is the QR link to the RestAssuredOnline.com sleep testing site – just follow directions and you should be able to set up your patient account to get a Home Sleep Test sent to you so you can do the test in your own bed at home.
